Shipping and delivery of orders

On the working days of the warehouse (Monday to Friday) and provided that the ordered items are in stock and ordered before 12:00, they will be shipped the same day. The delivery itself will take place as indicated below.

We use two rates for shipping, depending on the total order amount. The shipping costs are the same for all payment options. All prices include VAT - except for the UK:

Please note that the shipping rates above are based on a VAT rate of 21%. If the VAT in your country is different, this will be reflected in the shipping rate shown to you.

Shipping costs:

The shipping costs we charge are never just the stamp and packaging. The products have to be taken from the warehouse, they have to be packed, an address sticker is printed, the payment has to be processed, etc. Even an order for a single product takes us at least 10 minutes. The shipping costs are therefore never cost-covering, we always add to that.

Delivery:

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. For the Wadden Islands, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, Belgium and Luxembourg and other international shipments, as well as on Saturdays, unless indicated, there is no time guarantee. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, it will be delivered to your neighbors unless you have indicated that this is not desirable. In this case, you will receive a card with the delivery person's telephone number in your mailbox from the delivery person. You must contact them for a second delivery appointment.

Shipping method:

Geckoteq will have your package delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany by GLS Express and in the rest of Europe by TNT-Express/Fedex. And the packages are sent insured and with a signature for receipt.

Track & Trace:

You will receive a Track & Trace from us via the carrier so that you can see for yourself where your shipment is at that moment. This Track & Trace information is sent after the shipment has been collected from us.

Help with ordering

Search for rails, wires, hooks, etc. via the menu:

  1. First select the main category.
  2. Then select the type of rails you are looking for. e.g. “Wall systems”
  3. You can then click on the next category, so that you can get closer to the item you want. If you are not sure what type of product you are actually looking for, enter a search term in the “search” box at the top right.
  4. Choose the quantity of the item you want and click on “order”. The item will now be added to the shopping cart at the top right.
  5. Repeat these steps until you have finished shopping.

Is this your first time ordering from Geckoteq?

  1. Fill in your details and check that they are correct.
  2. Choose the payment method by clicking on the image or button.
  3. Your order has now been completed and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Cancel order

If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. We advise you to notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by telephone during opening hours on 085-4010928. At other times, send an email to info@geckoteq.com

If the order has already been processed, you can request a return number after receiving the package to return the package to us. In this case, shipping costs are at your expense.

Pick up order

It is also possible to pick up products from us. Our warehouse in Borne is open for pick-up from Monday to Friday. Always contact us first for a pick-up appointment. Tel. 085-4010928.

However, you must always place an online order first and pay for it. Although we supply almost the entire range from stock, this way we can still be sure of sufficient stock. Indicate when ordering that you will pick it up. Of course, you do not pay any delivery costs when you pick up.
